We called Martins for a septic inspection and was very pleased with their customer service. They were very professional and knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions we had. You could tell they take a lot of pride in their work. We appreciate the fact that they went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased. I called Martin's pumping service after a bad experience with another company. Martin's was able to set me up for the very next day and the guys were here first thing in the morning. They explained what they were going to do and what to look for in the future. I would highly recommend this company! Martins Pumping Service and Martins Septic Service is NOT the same company. I work for Martins Pumping and we do all we can for our customers everyday. Reviews stating we're lazy cause we won't hand dig in rock and hard ground 2 feet deep is absurd. Customers are told when they schedule about digging fees People have the right to say what they want based on their experience. As office manager I can dispute at least 2 of these reviews. If our customers have an issue with our service I certainly hope they contact our office so we can address their issue. Our company has been in business for over 50 years, that in itself speaks volumes.

Do not bother with anyone else! Very fairly priced with impeccable customer service!
